You need to firstly build the cat show pavilion in the pet park, then you have to buy a collar for your cat from the pet salon.
Go to the house that houses the cat with the collar. Select the cat with collar and you can click on them and select Send to pet park.
When trying to enter the cat in a show sometime you need to cheer up your cat- click on the cat and select Pet or Hug to make the cat happier.
Click on the table in the cat show tent and select Enter cat show.
