In order to build the snow park you need to be level 14 and spend some cash on construction so not all neighbors will have a snow park. You might need to visit several neighbors in order to find one that has built the snow park.



Click on the globe or the party boat to visit your neighbor, I used an adult sim for this task.
Click on the Snow Park that is located in the west part of town to bring your sin to this location. The coffee machine is located on the bar. Click on the machine and select option Fancy coffee.
