First you sims have to be partners. They reach this relationship state by repeatedly doing romantic interaction towards each other. All romantic interactions are marked with purple color.
When they are partners and you are ready to propose; mark one of your sims and click on the other sim and select the option Propose marriage. A list will open up on the right where you can select ring. I always go for one of the 2 first options that you only need simoleons for but then you might end up with a turned down proposal.
If at first you don't succeed simply try and try again until the proposal is accepted.
Finally the sim will accept and your couple will now have relationship status Engaged.
Keep performing romantic interaction (why not some woo-hoo?) to max up this relationship scale and you can then get married.
When you have filled out the scale for relation Engaged the option Get married becomes available.
To get married; mark one of your
sims and click on the other sim and select the option Get married.
They will hold hands and celebrate and their relationship is now listed as married.
Sims have to be married in order to be able to have babies.

Go to the stable and call your sim here with the whistle. You can practice any of the different horse events to earn points but Showjumping is the most effective event since this takes the longest. You need a tree-star horse to practice Showjumping.

Argue with park statue
Life dream for senior - I want to Argue with the Park Statue constantly about the virtues of Dr Whoozits.
Take your sim to the park by using the whistle and then click on the statue by the chess boards. The action takes 8h 20 min to complete.

Play with a sandcastle at the beach
Weekly task - Play with a sandcastle at the beach.
For this task you need a toddler or preteen. You also have to unlock the beach using Sporty Orbs.
Activate the town navigation by tapping on the house icon - select the island icon. On the island the beach is available if you have unlocked it, go here and use the whistle to bring your sim to this location.
On the shore there will be at least one sandcastle. Click on the castle to get the option Build sandcastle. The action takes 2 hours to complete.

Building a second floor
This video is dedicated to my 6 year old nephew Samuel that called me today on Facetime asking me how to build a second story on his house.
To be able to perform this action you have to be on level 17 and complete the mission multi story renovations and you can build it.
Click on the chair icon to open the home store. Go to the house section and select the floor construction tab just right of the room tab. The icon look like three sheets of paper floating on top of each other - the icon is trying to represent the three floors you can build.
A blue grid will appear marking out the new floor, it will also show the cost for the new floor.
Once you buy it you can place rooms on the second floor.
To reach the second floor you need a staircase in place. It is find just right of the floor construction tab in the home store and has a stair icon :)
The cheapest stair will set you back 30,000 simoleons. When you place the stairs make sure your sim can reach the second floor by marking any spot on the second floor. If the sim cannot reach it make sure the entrance to the stairs are not blocked by any furniture.

Social task -- Catch a fish in a neighbors town.
I started this task when I was already visiting my neighbor. To go and visit your neighbors use the globe icon and the party boat. Go to your park and bring an inactive adult sim to the park with the whistle.
Click on the fishing rod and select any of the options.
