Regular task - Have a snowball fight between two sims.
Two unoccupied sims are needed for this task but age does not seem to be a factor. You will also need to build the snow park for this task, it is available to build from level 14.
Open the town map and go to the snow park in the west part of town. Call your 2 sims here with the whistle.
In front of the cabin there is convenient placed snowballs that you should use for this task. Make the first sim start with action Snowball fight then mark the other sim and click on the pile again and select option Join in.

The building blocks can be found in the home store in the toddler section but they cost 12 life points to buy.
Click on the blocks and select any option - I choose option Play with blocks since that one that cleared in the shortest time.

Weekly task - Have 3 sims reading the encyclopedia between 9PM and 1AM.
Here is a classical time sensitive quest. The task has to be performed within a specific time slot, in this case between 9PM (21:00 for us Europeans) and 1AM (01:00).
I started this mission right after 9PM but as long as you do it in the time slot you will clear it.
Call 3 sims to the same house, I used a mix of adults and seniors for this.
Click on a bookshelf and select Encyclopedia. Do this for all three sims and the task should clear directly if you do it at the right time.
